How do I set the scale on my floor plan?

It depends on how you're starting you're floor plan!

If you're starting from Scratch

When you create a new floor plan, you'll be given the option to choose between Small, Medium, and Large to get you started with your Canvas size:

After choosing your canvas size, you're ready to start building your room to scale!

Stat by clicking Draw walls on the left menu bar and click on your canvas to start adding walls!

Make sure the walls match the dimension of the real life dimensions you're working off of so that everything is to-scale!

Keep going just like that! You'll be able to adjust the dimensions of everything you add to make sure it matches the scale you're working with!

If you're starting from an image

(uploading an image of your floor plan that you want to work off of)

When you upload an image, you'll be prompted to set the scale by wall when you first open your floor plan

1. Drag the pink line to a wall that you know the dimension of
2. Stretch it to be the full length of the wall
3. Enter the length of the wall so that it is 1:1 with your floor plan.
4. Click Done
