Can I use Spoak to edit an image of my space?

Absolutely! Use the ✨Magic background editor✨

Start by creating a vizi following the upload image flow. Once you've uploaded your image, use the magic editor to change surfaces, remove objects, or make completely custom edits!

Remove Objects

Working with client photos that have a bit of clutter in them? Or want to visualize your new home but only have the zillow listing (with the previous owner's not-so cute furniture?) We've got you 🤝

1. Click into the Remove objects tool
2. Select all the things you'd like to remove from the image
   1. Or click Other and type what you'd like removed
3. Click Apply Magic Edit 🪄
4. Wait just a minute (we know, waiting is hard!) while we work our magic and see your space without all that extra nonsense!

Change Surfaces

Want to add wallpaper to your room or try out a new paint color? Maybe see what hardwood floor would looks like instead of the existing carpet? Follow these steps!

1. Click into the Change surfaces tool
2. Choose which surface you want to make changes to
3. Click the Swatch and then choose the paint color, wallpaper, or other finish you want to apply!
4. Watch the surface magically change!

Custom Edits

Maybe your space has something more specific that you want to get rid of or change? Noooo worries! You can let Spoak know exactly what you want to change!

1. Click into the Describe your changes tool
2. Type in a specific prompt to make the edits you want.

   1. it's very important to be as specific as possible, try to be overly descriptive!

      ie. instead of remove vent, try remove vent from under the window

If you make a magic edit and you change your mind or want to try again, simply click the undo button at the top of the panel to go back to the previous version of the image!

Once you're happy with your image, click Use this template to jump into viz and start designing!

Jump the gun and clicked Use this template even though you want to make more magic edits? No worries! Continue magic editing the background by

1. Click Architecture & Fixtures
2. Click Magic Edit background
3. Follow any of the steps above to get your background image juuuussst right!
