How do I add my own wallpaper or flooring?
When it comes to finishes like flooring, wall paper, or tile, you can always upload your own!
In room edit mode, navigate to the part of the room you want to update. You'll see a My wallpapers or My hard materials section. This is where we store any custom wallpapers or hard materials you've uploaded!
Upload your own by:
- Clicking the ➕ icon in the My... section
- Choose how you want to upload
- If it's a product you want to make sure is added to your shop list later, make sure to upload as a product
- If it's just an image you want to use that matches an existing finish, choose upload image
- Follow the steps to upload based on the selection made
- Once added, you'll be able to crop the pattern
- use this step to make sure that the pattern correctly repeats or crop out any parts of the image you don't want shown in your design
- Tada! You've uploaded a custom finish and your space is looking better than ever!
🔥Hot tip! search google images for the description of the flooring you're looking for and add 'texture seamless' to the search ie dark hardwood floor texture seamless and find really good repeating patterns! From there, simply right click the image, choose copy image address and then paste that URL into Spoak when uploading your pattern!
