How do I use Auto Perspective?

Auto Perspective allows you to easily lay items on the floor (like a rug) or hang items on a wall (like a piece of art) by auto-applying perspective for you!

To turn on Auto Perspective

  1. Select an item
  2. Click Perspective in the top toolbar
  3. Click 🔧Auto
  4. Toggle the switch to On
    1. Look for the purple border on the object you're editing to confirm the setting is on!
  5. Drag the item to the floor or wall you want to place it on
  6. Et Voilà! Your rug is now laying on the floor or your art is now hanging on the wall!

🔥Hot Tip! use the keyboard shortcut Command + shift + P to enable auto perspective even faster

Please note: Magic install is only available for items that can be placed on a wall or floor (rugs, art, curtains, shelving, doors, windows, cabinets, etc.) or in Vizis that have walls and/or floors added.

If Magic install is not available you can always manually apply perspective by using the Manual Distort functions in the same tool! Read more about how to do that in this FAQ!

OR add walls/floor using by following Option 2 in this FAQ!
