How do I set up my profile?

Your profile is created/claimed when you complete the aesthetic quiz. Once you've done that, Spoak assigns you a default background and avatar based on your results. From there, you can customize the rest.

Edit your profile

To change your background, avatar, or username:

1. Go to your profile page.
2. Click Edit profile in the top right corner.
3. Update any of the following:

• Background: the image that appears behind your profile
• Avatar: your profile photo or image
• Username: your public handle on Spoak
• Click Save changes to apply.
  • This will save any changes across Avatar, Background, and Username

Username rules: Usernames must be between 3 and 20 characters and can only contain letters, numbers, hyphens (-), and underscores (_). Usernames must be unique — if someone already has it, you'll need to choose something else.

Currently Loving

The Currently Loving section lets you pin up to a few items on your profile — products, images, or anything you want other members to see you're into right now.

To add an item:

1. On your profile, find the Currently Loving section.
2. Click Add.
3. Choose where to pull from: My Library, Source (browse Spoak's catalog), Import link, or Upload.
4. Select your item and click Done.

To remove an item, click the trash icon on it.

Design Hot Takes

The Design Hot Takes section is where you share your opinions: what you think is overrated and underrated in interior design.

To fill it in:

1. Click the edit icon on the Design Hot Takes section.
2. Add up to 3 items under Overrated and up to 3 under Underrated.
3. Click Save.

Share your profile

To share your profile with someone, click Copy profile link from your profile page. Anyone with the link can view your profile.
