What is a Public View?

A Public View is a shareable link to a folder in My Library. Anyone with the link can see what you've chosen to show them: no Spoak account required.

Every folder gets a default Public View automatically when it's created. This default shows everything in the folder, and updates dynamically as you add or remove things.

What the viewer sees

When someone opens your Public View link:

• They see the folder's contents in the layout you've set (Grid or List)
• The page title shows your folder name
• They can view designs, images, and products: but cannot edit anything
• Designs open in view-only mode

Sharing a Public View

To share the default Public View of a folder:

1. Open the folder in My Library.
2. Click the Share icon.
3. Select Public View and copy the link.

What you can control

Choose whether to show everything in the Folder, just designs, just products, or just images.

If you want to show a mixture of these, create a new folder, add all the files you want to that folder and Create a Public link of that new subfolder.

Public Views vs. sharing a design

Sharing a design directly gives a link to that one file. A Public View shares the whole folder: or a curated selection from it. Use a design share link when you're reviewing a single mockup; use a Public View when you're presenting a full folder.
