What are Tallies?

Tallies are your built-in way to track what needs to happen with the products in a design. Think of each Tally as a lightweight checklist tied to a folder: you add the items you're tracking, mark them To Do or Done, and keep things moving.

What a Tally can do

Each Tally holds a list of items: products from your designs, custom line items, or anything else you want to track. For each item you can:

• Set a status: To Do or Done
• Add quantity, unit price, tax, shipping, and markup
• Track an overall target budget and see your running total

Where Tallies live

Tallies are created inside folders in My Library. When you open a folder, you'll see any Tallies associated with it alongside your other files.

How Tallies differ from your design

A Tally tracks the status and cost of items for a design. Your design in Mockup mode handles how those items look in the space. The two work alongside each other. You can add a product to a Tally directly from a design.
