What if a Magic Edit result isn't what I expected?

If a Magic Edit produces a result that isn't usable, you can flag it and get your tokens back.

How to flag a bad result

After a Magic Edit runs, you'll have the option to rate the result. If you mark it as poor quality, Spoak reverses the token charge. You won't be billed for a result that didn't work.

What happens after you flag it

Your tokens are returned and the result is undone. You're back to where you were before the edit ran, and you can try again or take a different approach.

Does this apply to all Magic features?

The token refund policy applies to Magic Edit results. For Magic Canvas specifically, marking the conversion result as poor quality returns your tokens and removes the converted canvas.

Tips for better results

  • For Magic Angle, check that the product image is clear and not cropped before running the edit
  • For Magic Canvas, use a well-lit photo taken straight-on rather than at a steep angle
