How do I use Effects on an item?

Effects let you adjust how an item looks on the canvas — changing its opacity, brightness, adding a drop shadow, or adding an outline. They're available on any product or image placed on the canvas

How to access Effects

Select an item on your canvas.
Click Edit Image in the panel that appears.
Scroll to Effects.

What's available

Opacity

Reduces how opaque the item appears on the canvas. Lowering opacity makes an item semi-transparent, useful for layering or de-emphasizing something in a composition.

Brightness

Adjusts how light or dark the item appears. Useful for matching the lighting in your scene or making a product recede or pop.

Drop shadow

Adds a shadow beneath the item to give it depth and ground it in the scene.

Outline

Adds a visible border around the item. Useful for callouts, annotations, or separating an item visually from a busy background.
