Do you support team accounts? How do I add team members to my account?

Yes. Studio Pro supports team accounts, giving each member access to the team's designs, folders, and Things.

Team accounts are self-serve up to 5 seats and are an additional $40/member/month. For 5 or more seats or enterprise requirements, reach out to enterprise@spoak.com.

Adding a team member

Only the team owner can add members.

1. Open the Menu in the left corner
2. Click Account
3. Click Team Details
4. Click Add Member+.
5. Enter their first name, last name, and email, then click Invite.

They'll receive an email invitation. Their status shows as pending until they accept.

Note: You can't add someone who already has an active Spoak subscription. They'd need to cancel their existing membership before joining your team.

Removing a team member

1. Go to Account > Settings > Team members.
2. Click ⋮ next to the member and select Delete member.

When a member is removed, their designs, folders, and Things transfer to the team owner.

Team member permissions

Team members have full edit access to all team designs, folders, and Things. Credits are per seat, with a shared team credit pool that any member can draw from once their individual seat credits are used.
