How to write a helpful support request
The more context you give us upfront, the faster we can help. When you email support@spoak.com, include the following:
What to include
- What you were trying to do — describe the action or feature you were working with
- What happened instead — be as specific as you can about the error or unexpected behavior
- Steps to reproduce — if you can repeat the issue, walk us through how
- A screenshot or screen recording — a visual is worth a lot. If you see an error message, capture it.
- Your browser and device — for example: Chrome on a MacBook, or Safari on iPhone
- The URL of the design or page — copy it from your browser's address bar
Example of a helpful request
"I was trying to remove the background of an image in Mock up mode. I clicked Remove BG and the image disappeared entirely instead of just the background being removed. I'm using Chrome on a Mac. Here's the URL of the design: [link]. Screenshot attached."
The more of this you can include, the less back-and-forth we'll need.
