Do you support team accounts? How do I add team members to my account?

Yes! If you are on a Pro and Premium membership tier, you can add team members to your account. Team accounts are designed for easy collaboration and give each team member access to view and edit each other's designs, projects, clients, and Things.

  • When you add the first team member to your team, your account becomes the team owner.
  • You cannot transfer ownership of the team to another team member.
  • Only team owners can add team members to their team.
  • Team accounts seats are billed to the team owner monthly (click here to see pricing).

If you have 10 or more team members and a large volume of monthly active client projects, you may want to consider an Enterprise account. Enterprise accounts include unlimited client projects and advanced training and support. To learn more about Enterprise accounts, click here, or simply reach out to enterprise@spoak.com.

Your team member will have an ⏳ icon next to their name to signify their invitation is pending.

You can delete the invitation at any time by clicking the ••• to the right of the team member and clicking Delete invite 🗑️.

If this member wants to join your team, they can create a new Spoak account with a different email address or they can cancel their existing Spoak membership and you can re-add them to your team.
