Can clients see my budget?
Yes, once you’ve shared your project with the client, they will be able to see the Shop List & Budget as well as add products to the list (via the shopping cart icon).
If you want to send a budget for approval, click the ‘Not Sent’ status drop down > select ‘Send’. This will automatically send an email alert to the client in your project settings. The status will now move to ‘Pending’. Your client can either approve or deny your budget. You’ll receive an email notification either way! If they deny your budget, they can suggest an alternative budget. Once you’ve settled on a number, you can update the original budget. Any time you edit your budget, you’ll have the option to re-submit for client approval as well.
