How do I refund clients? Are fees refundable?

To refund a payment that has been paid, click on the dropdown on the far right for that specific payment on your Clients & Payments page. You’ll see an option that says “Refund”. Note: You can issue partial refunds or full refunds.

Any processing fees that were charged to the client are non-refundable. However, if needed, we’ll refund you any processing fees you were charged so you’re not out of pocket on a full refund.
