Can I pause my membership?

We understand you may need to take a break from Spoak at some point, life happens!

Instead of cancelling, you can pause your subscription. This is a great option if you plan to come back to Spoak soon!

To Pause,

  1. Click Account in the top right corner
  2. Click Billing & Subscription in the drop down
  3. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page
  4. On the 'Are you sure you want to cancel?' page, click on Pause instead of Cancel
  5. When you're ready to come back, simply login and we'll reactivate your account


Please Note: Paused memberships do not have access to their account!
