Can I pause my membership?
We understand you may need to take a break from Spoak at some point, life happens!
Instead of cancelling, you can pause your subscription for a predetermined amount of time and automatically start back up after!
To Pause,
- Click Account in the top right corner
- Click Billing & Subscription in the drop down
- Click Pause Membership at the bottom of the page
- Choose how long you'd like to pause for and let us know why you're pausing (sorry, we're nosy!)
Your membership will stay active through your current billing period.
After your pre-determined amount of time passes, your membership will re-activate and all your designs will be ready and waiting for you 💕
Please Note: Paused memberships do not have access to their account!
